PATHETIC SERVICE
Pathetic n very cruel service..NO service for 3 months yet I paid..Last week I had a credit balance was even phoned by one of the consultant who was even apologizing and confirmed that on the 02 April 2023 they will be deducting R188 to my surprise this week balance is R1200..I am taking this further cause this NONSENSE..I just phoned now an Agent by the name of Vuyelani put me on hold to call a manager..I was on hold for 15 minutes till phone dropped..I'm not going to leave this
