PATHETIC SERVICE

Pathetic service, no wonder why everyone is canceling your subscriptions. I'm at N1 City MultiChoice now and been sitting for almost an hour waiting to be served - there is a total of 42 counters and only about 15 people helping and a lot of customers to be helped and some I found them here so that means I'm going to here forever. I can see frustration on everyone's face. Pathetic.
