Pathetic service causing inconvinience

So DSTV had issues on their system and we discovered the catchup functionality does not work. When trying to play something it says the functionality is only available to premium subscribers which I am. Phoned the call centre 31 Aug @ 19:59pm and spoke to Mbali. After resetting my decoder twice and spending 20mins on my cellphone I asked him to phone me back because he clear does not know how to fix the problem. I emphasize the fact that I have guests who would like to use this functionality. He promised that he would escalate it immediately and phone me back. He asked that I do nothing to the decoder which was sitting on the Network Set-up screen at that stage. Guess what, it is now 12hours later and NO-ONE phoned me back and I am still sitting with the same issue which is hugely inconvenienced to my household, never mind trying to explain that to guests. What a disgrace for a company which you pay over R800 per month. What happen to service in this industry and keeping your word?

I refuse to call the call centre again. Can someone competent enough call me back to resolve this pls.
