Pathetic service

Its so sad that people that's suppose to be helping you out with your service yet the make you feel like a ******** telling me I'm sending through ********** proof of payments. I've been calling Dstv everyday of the week to sort of my services and today I call in instead of them helojng me she puts me on hold for 30 minutes I'm sure she is busy chilling there. I hope you guys sort this out cause the services are pathetic really hey. I want you guys to know that this is unacceptable
