Pathetic service

I am so disgusted at the service they are giving me. They double charging me for more than R600 for a subscription that is R385 per month. They are telling me today that it has been R400 which was never our agreement and they are even lying saying they sent a notification via sms , they are not even proving that to me . what irritates me the most is the fact that i just made a R390 payment in less than 9 days ago. but my services are suspended .
