Pathetic service

Pathetic. Phoned 2 weeks ago due to monthly premium increase. Admitted it was a system error on their side and I would be refunded within 3- 5 days. Followed up today to hear they cannot assist as their system is off line. They made the error but I must phone back... Pathetic customer service.....
