Pathetic SERVICE

I am utterly disgusted and disappointed in the service received from call center since Sunday I have been waiting for call back. My query complained esculated several times. Today 30thJune again!!!!!! I am super frustrated. I have report via apps Facebook wherby consultant confirm will be escalated. REALLY AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR OVER 15 YEARS!! More than welcome to check my call history. Call center agent no record of complaint or escalation today can only nce again esculate no manager nor supervisor to talk to!!!
