Pathetic service

I tried to call the call center to change my package the consultant was very rude and refused to help me n told me to call back next month because she cannot help me in the month i then asked to speak to a supervisor and she ended the call while i was holding i am a premium package customer and i have been so for over 4 years and this is the service i received absolutely disgusted
