pathetic service by nompumelelo live chat

phoned the call centre to fix my extraview which has been troubling me for about 3 weeks. they reset it and next day goes back to not working. call centre says take decoder to multichoice but live chat consultant says installation fault. her name is nompumelelo and when im asking why im getting to conflicting opinions and explaining the situation. she ended the live chat. we pay alot for the service and dont expect treatment like this.
