Pathetic service by DSTV, what's new!!!!

My Catch Up functionality stopped work. It gives an error message "Dstv Catch Up is not available in this country yet". Checked with my neighbor his functions properly. I made contact with the contact centre, after spending about 10 mins, no assistance. I'm advised that I should take in the decoder so they can check what the issue is and will have to pay for the service, surely it's a matter of fixing the settings on their side. Not impressed with their service at all!!! Perhaps it's time for change
