Pathetic service beware people

I have no wonder that dstv is loosing all their customers. When a company can't provide a service, you would think they need to concentrate on customer care. But unfortunately they can't even keep their current customers satisfied. I have had an account with dstv for 15 years or so aswell as my parents have their own. I don't think we will keep our accounts because the customer service is pathetic to say the least. For more than a year we have been struggling to claim from their insurance department but it seems impossible. I just hope people don't fall into this trap. Stay away from dstv and most definitely do not take insurance with dstv. With no complaints department, I don't know how they will make it to 2026
