Pathetic service

The only reason I rated this a 1 star is because that's the lowest it goes. I have been having issues with my pvr functionality for a week now and have been calling in everyday. A week later and it's still not sorted. Today my service got canceled for no reason. The consultants cut the call on me 3 times. No one at multichoice can assist me. Apparently my payment bounced on the 14 November but nothing has returned to my account. Someone call me ***
