Pathetic service

Pathetic pathetic pathetic there is no other word to describe DStv. After years I decided to reconnect again and no surprise once again it is a struggle upon struggle with pathetic service and runarounds. This is why DStv loses customers because no one is willing to assist and go the extra mile for clients - it is pathetic to say the least. If you read this please process my change of ownership because I am once again paying for a service I don't have due to incompetence of staff.
