Pathetic Service at DSTV

PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!! my mother just spent 50 minutes trying to resolve an issue, all of her airtime down the drain! the call center agent could not be clear on what is going on on our dstv account after we had another dstv explorer installed. needless to say after 50 minutes of a call center agent that couldn't assist us, we still cannot do wjat we want to do. and they also refuse to phone us back.
