Pathetic service as usual from DSTV

I have had endless issues with DSTV. Most pathetic service. Have a debit order on my account and DSTV failed to debit my account which resulted in them disconnecting my service. Called the call center which is so inexperienced and failed to rectify the problem. No manager or supervisor has the authority or descion making to activate my account. Since they failed to debit my account it has now doubled to R711 as they adding interest and reconnection fees which was not the agreed amount on my contract or debit order. Kindly rectify the error and get more knowledgeable experienced people. Yet another weekend again without DSTV.☹
