PATHETIC SERVICE AS USUAL

I am Very disappointed with the service i got from DSTV Multichoice, my overall experience is VERY BAD. This has Forced me to cancel my Subscription however they still owe me a refund, the credit remaining in my dstv account, i have been misled so many times, with the live chat consultant who tells me that my refunds are processed but when i start a new chat in few hours to check the status i am told different stories that there are remaining documents required, not mentioning that this is not the first refund, they have all my updated information on their system they used to refund me previously but now they keep on asking same thing, this is soo pathetic, and i am sick and tired of this ****. Hopefully this is the last time i deal with Multichoice people, because i will never reconnect my services. I want my money to be refunded today and stop making me a fool and taking me for granted for calling me and acting like you are handling my case then all of the sudden disappear, and never respond emails. This really need to stop. I need someone to contact me before the end of today, even if you decide not to call me just process my refund here is my ID ***, Cellphone number ***, i no longer want to hear stories provided that i no longer have any active services with you. Just refund my money, i will leave in peace.
