PATHETIC SERVICE-ANGRY CUSTOMER

I have been trying to cancel my dstv premium package for months. The last time I was advised that I need to do it on a specific date 19th July. I made 7 calls to the call centre due to the first 6 times I called I was cut off after 30 mins at a time. These calls have cost me in excess of R350. Who is going to reimburse me for these calls??? I requested for them to call me back the same way that Outsurance does for their clients but was told this wouldn't be possible another way DSTV protects themselves and *****s clients. I was finally advised that my dstv premium package was cancelled and my dstv north indian bouquet will remain as well as my ability to record etc and xtra view. I was told this would come into effect at midnight. Turned my tv on this morning and my dstv premium package is still connected. recording as well as xtra view is no longer working. Even though the xtra view was working yesterday prior to my 7 calls.
