Pathetic service and USELESS managers

<p>Been complaining about bad service received by one of their "accredited" installers which is the reason I have "Bad weather signal warnings". No follow up, nothing. Spend more than an hour speaking to them only to hear its MY fault. This people is worse than insurance. They look for any reason to pass the buck. If they had made greater effort in the beginning, the problem could have been resolved. After speaking to a supposed manager, sounded more useless than ever. Yes Braydon/Brydon I am talking about you!!! I am still waiting for the mail I asked you to CC me in on. Guess I will have to WASTE more of my airtime to try an resolve this mess. You guys rip people off. It's totally fine for me to pay monthly to watch 1 channel thanks to an "accredited installer". Accredited **** if you ask me. </p>
