Pathetic service and system

Pathetic system they are running. I'd tried rejoining after years of going away from them. I do everything they system asks for. By payment it only asks for bank card details. nothing of payment method (immediate or so). been chatting to consultants for more than an hour. to be honest...think i shoulda left dstv behind. now i have to wait 24hours for reconnection but had to pay for service that should of operated today. SO much for dstv advertising its so easy reconnecting....
