Pathetic service and lies by Multichoice

Empty promises and lies are all I am getting from Multichoice! Agreed on the 24 month price lock contract. Decoder was installed by an *********** installer, nothing is workimg and the price that I have to pay is higher than the R500 and something promised. I wrote various messages to DSTV on Facebook and each time I am promised that my problem has been escalated and that I will receive a call within an hour, but nothing happens! All promises and no action!
