PATHETIC SERVICE AND LAZY MANAGERS!!!!

I have a DSTV walker , when i wanted to re-instate my services i was told that they are no longer available , i should take the walker to a DSTV store and i will be given a take a lot voucher , they took my details a month later no one called me, i then called back, they say it was escalated to the manager,the manager will call me back, a month later no one calls me, i then called again spoke to karabo who told me that they will not give me any voucher ,what am i supposed to do with this walker now, meaning i was given a run around for nothing, i wasted my TIME and my money calling them holding for long all for nothing. even now i was promised the manager will call me stil even now no one has contacted me. You guy are pathetic , no client service at ALL !!!!
