Pathetic service and Dishonesty ! Amount in Arrears !!!

On 5 August I phoned in to request the Premium packing till 31 August. I was advised to make payment of R673.00, which I paid on 6 August 2016. On 29 August my service was suspended 2 days prior to 31 August. I paid for the full period from 5 - 31 August.
On 15 September I phoned in to request the Compact package for a full month. I was advised that I have to pay R333.40 and I made payment of R334.00 for the full month.
However on Saturday morning my service was CUT AGAIN !!! I phoned in and I was informed that there is an amount outstanding of R416.60. I made the call just before 08:00. I spoke to a consultant which was of no help, I requested to speak to a supervisor, and was put through to Nomvuyo. I explained the situation and no one previously informed me of an amount outstanding, if so, why did not they mention it and why was my service reconnected after I made the above payments (without no extra amount for " outstanding fees"). Furthermore, I was informed that I have to CALL IN every time I want my service disconnected. This was not the case in your previous terms and condition, I am not sure when that changed, but I as customer was never informed that this is the way forward now. The service you provide is a pre paid service on a month to month basis. No payment recieved, you disconnect and consumer does not get the service.

I was notified by SMS at 09:57 on 1 Oct that my services was suspended due to non payment of R416.60. I was not informed prior to your disconnection. My services was reconnected on Saturday, Nomvuyo was suppose to call me back and let me know as she was going to listen to all my calls to Multi Choice, to date, I have received NO CALL BACK!
DSTV still provide the service on a pre paid basis so I can understand that if payment is not make the service will be suspended. However I made my payments and if it is pre paid it should be cut if payment is NOT received which then is also a notice that the service is no longer needed or required. Why must one phone in every time all of sudden. If the service is not suspended by YOUR system I am not liable for that error by Multi Choice.

I phoned in Monday to resolve this issue, spoke to Supervisor Tshepo who was helpfull, but also I have received no feedback. Phoned in again on MONDAY and spoke to Supervisor Clementine, also helpfull but no feedback.

Then DSTV calls ME asking why the service is suspended, I explain the situation then they informed me, yes there is an amount outstnding of R361.00.

Complained on your Facebook page, they informed me I need to pay R466.00. This morning my service is cut AGAIN even though I have paid from 15 Sept to 15 Oct, so now DSTV have taken away 7 days that I have paid for already.

Then this morning after disconnection I received an sms saying my service has been disconnected and now i need to pay R861???? What is going on??? Hopefully someone with ethics and backbone can CONTACT ME! as i have been on the phone numerous times for more than 20min and this matter cannot be resolved.

The service you are providing is dishonest and I do not know where to anymore ! I refuse to pay that money and I expect it to be written off as I was not informed there is an amoutn outstanding. Apparently the amount comes from June, we are in October and now all of a sudden you start to mention it, why not in August or September !
