Pathetic service and day robbary, Dstv l want my money

Dstv stopped my channels yet l paid, when l called they can't give me reason why, l asked to speak to the manager, they refused and dropped my calls, they claiming that l owe them extra 100 and when l ask them for what they can't give me a valid reason. I asked them to reverse my money pack to my account as they blocked the channels but till now they haven't transferred my 399 that l have paid and they blocked the channels.

This is very bad and it's happening for the third time, they first listed me and when l asked them how do l happen to owe you while if l happen not to pay you block channels.... There was no answer and they apologised and said it was a mistake. But my name was listed and now it's this. They having my money and they blocked the channels,, this is serious abuse.

And the consultants can't even assist, they drop your calls after holding forever.
