Pathetic service and cut my service for nothing
I called in to change my debit order on the 10th of July on the 11th of July 2020 my debit order was confirmed to have changed from the 20th of every month to the 31st of every month with an extra pro rata amount NOW DSTV have CUT MY SERVICE.
I AM SO UPSET THIS IS PATHETIC
WHERE ARE YOUR TCF PRINCIPLES
