Pathetic service. Always problems

I think this is my second review on multi choice. Their service is so poor and so bad it really frustrates me! Every time I want to rent a movie on box office it’s either the sms doesn’t go through or the WhatsApp facility not working. Then eventually when I get it right after numerous attempts then they double charge me. I called them twice to resolve this matter and refund my money but no, the debited my money and an extra amount for a movie i rented once yet the charged me twice. They keep saying the matter has be escalated but nothing happens they don’t have customer skills. So frustrating
