PATHETIC SERVICE AGENTS SHOULD RATHER STAY AT HOME

poor service bad service

i phoned the call centre punched in my id number and a nonhlanhla picked up ,she ask for my query and id number and name and surname she then said hold on ,she put me on hold for 19 minutes , i phoned back again after 19 minutes same lady picked up im still on hold ,this SERVICE IS PATHETIC ,VERY VERY BAD
