Pathetic service again

Absolutely pathetic service from Multichoice. I have a subscription for a price lock package which is about R675 pm for 24months. Why am I being charged different amount first was R1285 this month is R1077. I did not authorize these amounts as all ur calls are recorded if you go back to ur recording you will see for which package I authorized. I need this to be sorted out asap. Absolutely disappointing Service once again..
