PATHETIC SERVICE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good day Admin, Im writing this email to you as im very very very disappointed again by your service, Yesterday the 20 Sep Ive been on the phone with 4 different supervisors that they promised to call me back in regards to my price Lock, till now i haven't received any call from anyone. Now my service is still suspended, I was informed to make a payment of R530 the payment is donealready but my service is still suspended. Im giving you till 12pm today if by that time i haven't received any call from anyone from Multichoice or PriceLock u will get your equipment by the street. I will buy another decoder. And i will rather get everything cancelled under my name. i WILL ALSO INCLUDE OMBUDSMAN TO RESOLVE THIS I hope this email reaches you admin
