PATHETIC SERVICE

I regret the day i asked multichoice to install fribre in my house. It has never worked since and i even stopped paying and all i am begging them to do is to come and collect their useless equipment.

Everytime you call you get different person saying different things its like there are no systems and processes. Not of their staff members is taking responsibility or ownership. Imagine being told that in this department we do ABC we not sure who is responsible for D
