Pathetic Service
on the 8th May i prescribed for price lock agreement and added a Decoder with it. on the 23rd I'm still waiting for it and by Wednesday I'm expected to Pay for a decoder i don't have. i have called about 5 times and being put on hold with no response and kept being sent from pillar to post. i also being promised that i will be called back. Multichoice really needs a competitor, the ******* service we get is beyond pathetic.

Their response is really pathetic, they still don't know when my Decoder will be delivered. I am told that the installer will deliver it however i need no installation, we have a complex Satellite dish.
im still overcharged, Multichoice are a bunch of lies, they do have my recordings, they never call back their customers and all they want is to deduct their hard earned salaries. I really cant wait for competition for Multichoice. their customer service is beyond pathetic and they lie.
