Pathetic service

I would like to share my experience with Dstv, as a premium client they have been charging for Showmax which I called to rectify the error, however to date after speaking to 5 consultants and a team leader , I am still waiting for my refund for 3 weeks now, I am appalled by their service and the consultants lack of experience and knowledge, basically Dstv client service is useless
