PATHETIC SERVICE

When i added another decoder to my name in 30 May 2020 i had specifically asked the agent to remove the 1st decoder to my name, which she assured me that its done. Now its 05 October 2020 my services are suspended due to non-payment of the 1st decoder. its really an unfair to me that i must pay for the decoder which had requested to be deactivated. to my surprise its months later that this issue comes
