Pathetic Service

I have never been treated like this in my entire life. All these agents can't assist to reconnect my services after been on the phone the entire day today. My services are still disconnected and I have paid all monies I was told to pay. So many escalations and no one can help. You can't even speak to a team leader on duty. This is utter nonsense. Pathetic customer service for a service I pay for monthly.
