Pathetic Service!!!

Been a DSTV subscriber for over 20 years, the last 3 month's I am trying to register for DSTV Now as it is included in my premium package. Just tried now again and if it is not saying "Something went wrong" when registring, the next error is "profile not found". Called the helpdesk numerous times and not even them can get it sorted, however they are happy to take your money every month, but with no drive to deliver client service. Pathetic Service!!!!
