Pathetic service

Paid dstv and they cannot even verify my payment. Operator at the call centre cant even use his pc. Hitting keys acting like his working. Paid R900...even though my due was R857.00. Not like they will cr me. Im still waiting for my damn subscription to be reactivated!!! Pathetic service.
