pathetic service

I was currently on the Compact package in June , on the 20th june i paid 120 and on the 03/07 i downgraded my package from compact to Access, this morning I decide to pay the full subscription for DSTV Compact i logged on Via WhatsApp to dstv they are now giving me a breakdown of 120 x 2 for access package and 429 for compact saying its all due on the 28/07 , how can this be possible WhatsApp contact with dstv is suppose to be easy but this service is putrid can dstv please contact me and rectify
