Pathetic Service

My April Statement shows a credit balance closing balance as at April 430.03, and they disconnected my services. I called and spoke to 3 consultants last month to sort out my showmax, even drove to the centre in Randbburg and until today no one could even call me back and fix it. My partner and I fugured out that it was simple solution , my email address was different. Now they disconnected claiming I owe them
