Pathetic Service
I app**** for the Dstv router around the 8th June 2024, on the 13th June 2024, the router was apparently sent via On the Dot courier company, however according to Dstv I was not home to receive the router. I have made numerous call to Dstv however I am not getting an actual answer of when the router will be delivered. Utter pathetic service which one is paying for. The call centre agents are pathetic and don't care. Will be kept on hold and kept being told that your call will be escalated.
