Pathetic service
Pathetic service Multi choice. Empty promises from management. Absolutely disappointing in the way you treat your customers. I have been promised my explora since last week to date nothing. When I do call the customer service department they are unable to help me as its not they are. It in the price lock dept. You guys promised me to deliver latest Wednesday last week nothing.. Promised again Friday 11th September... Nothing... Pathetic service...
