Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service .I've called you 4 times today .1st called was kept on hold for 44 Min until the lady cut the call .called again and another 23 Min on hold and not 1 person has called me back . I've logged a complaint 5 days ago still no response .it's disgusted to say the least
