pathetic service
i called the contact center held for 45 minutes ,trying to get assistance ,can someone please contact me urgently . the service is unacceptable i need an explanation on my account and why was i not informed of extra charges on the new subscription ,i spoke to miss Cleopatra at 09:30 am 01/04/2021 tried to explain my query she was not willing, she spoke over me to listen and dropped the call on me .what pathetic service from DSTV ,after using my own airtime and my call gets dropped just like that .
