Pathetic service
I stopped using my decoder in 2016 and on monday (6/4/2020) I paid R730 that I apparently owed even though I am on compact. From that day I have E30 on my screen. I don't know how many times I have called dstv to remove the error I have even gone to my local installer for assistance and the error is still not resolved. The call centre is useless. Absolutely pathetic service.
