Pathetic service

I requested an upgrade on my package about two weeks ago. I got a message to pay over R600. Up to today I still don't know what is was for, but I paid it. The same day I got a message to pay another R319. Same story, don't know what for, but paid it. Today my upgrade is still not done. You've got my money (which I still do not know what it was for), but I'm still waiting for my upgrade. I phoned DSTV 10 times and just got empty promises. Tonight I phoned again at 19:36, spoke to Khululekile, ref number ***0-I152. Inhold on for 43 minutes!!! And still my package is not upgraded. I got the worst ever service from her. Please listen to the recording. I have asked her several times to speak to her supervisor, but she refused to put me through to her. The number I phoned is ***. I want the upgrade done BEFORE 12pm tomorrow, the 2nd, or else I want my money back into my account IMMEDIATELY!!! This is extremely bad service which I will not tolerate. If this is not sorted by 12pm tomorrow, I WILL DEFINITELY take this further. Please contact me on *** when sorted even though I doubt it that anyone will come back to me. DISGUSTED!!
