Pathetic service

Please assist the account was paid on the 1st and we have been calling and all they say is that they are still looking into the matter.

We have made several calls already with reference number ***9 - but to date nothing is happening. Meaning that we paid for services not rendered. Please stop bullying people with the money they paid.

this is in reference to account number *** - and i want refund for all the days we didn't have DSTV. your urgent attention to this matter will be appreciated.
