Pathetic service!!!

To say that I am livid would be an understatement! Multichoice are the absolute pits and I will go as far as saying that they are *******! I cancelled my account in December 2020. I was told in the beginning of February that their system "malfunctioned" and they then despite me calling, double debited my account. I am now at about 8 calls later and still no refund. My cell phone account probably now matches the amount they owe me. The call centre conveniently cannot help me... so now I am at a point where I am literally begging for the monies that were *******ly debited from my account... it is truly laughable!
