Pathetic Service

I renewed my contract in November 2019 and signed up for the R799 promo, with the extras my debit order should be R964 , In dec 2019, Jan 2020 and Feb 2020 Dstv has been deducting R1224.00.I have made several calls to dstv and no one can assist me.Either the staff are *********** or they just do not care.I get told all the time they have sent through my query and someone will call me , its 3 months now and this has not been resolved.Your service is pathetic and i wish there was an option for a half star.
