Pathetic service

I am a dstv premium subscriber for years now I have been trying for the past week to get showmanx on dstv I have already spoken to 4 consultants I have been told to contact showmax which I did but nothing has happened as yet I knew dstv before showmax why can't dstv help me I am not paying showmax every month but dstv stop giving me the run around rather cancell my dstv I am sick and tired of all the excuses
