Pathetic service

<p>I went on to DSTV website, looking for a section for contact detaisl . I found a section where to send a query. I sent my message and I received a reply stating that someone will contact me back. That was two days ago still not even a email advising me that someone will contact me soon.</p> <p> </p> <p>How long must someone wait for service and it was a simply query to hsve a debit order loaded to have my service reconnected so it was money that the bussiness gets but just let it be money owing to them then they quick to cut your service.</p> <p> </p> <p>How pathetic is that !!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like a phone call from someone explaining why was a call not made.</p>
