PATHETIC SERVICE
<p> i phoned to disconnect my Asian boutique on the 20th June and was told that this could not be done and i had to call on the 1st july to discontInue the service. i called back 2 days later and was told that it would be discontinued if the months debit order was paid up. i did and today when i called and spoke to zanele mhlandi who was uncooperative, obstructive ,refused to transfer to a supervisor. i was told that the debit order for the next months asian boutique was being deducted tomorrow. this is theft. DSTV should be shamed.</p>

Our debit order magnetic tape runs three days before an actual payment date showing in your DStv account. For this reason, when we schedule for the service to disconnect on the 01st, the magnetic tape for your debit order would have processed on the 28th. We apologise that this was not brought in your attention.
