Pathetic service

I have been complaining about my unclaimed rewards for over 4 months and nobody seems to be willing to assist me. All the consultants who contacted me are clueless and they keep transferring me from one person to the other without any proper feedback. 2 days ago I received an email with citing I have to claim my rewards before they expire, to my surprise when I log in on the app the same rewards are not there. How many times should one complain to get assistance in the matter?????
